Florists in Miami, FL (page 2)

Heat drives the schedule here. Morning deliveries hold up better than afternoon ones in August, when storms roll in fast and leave a van idling at a gate in Coral Gables, so an early request tends to arrive looking the way it did in the cooler. Same-day orders depend on how early you call, and the window narrows as the afternoon goes on.

Order ahead for Mother's Day, Valentine's week, and the stretch around Art Basel in December, when South Beach hotels and event venues absorb much of the good stock. Quinceañeras and weddings run year round, so custom work, orchids, and anything tropical in quantity deserves a few days' notice.
